Missing a kick and mentally moving on are two completely different skills. Your athlete will walk away with a personal reset routine they can use in between plays, so one bad moment doesn't turn into a bad game.

Control overthinking and negative self-talk

Overthinking is one of the biggest performance killers for specialists, and most athletes don't even realize it's happening until it's too late. Your athlete will learn to recognize those patterns early and replace them with a mental process that keeps them sharp and focused when it counts.

A pre-competition routine built for specs
