SpecSeven, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy online. This Privacy Policy explains the personal data we collect through www.suzifreeman.com & www.corezemindset.com (the "Sites"), our mobile application, and our digital course and coaching platforms, and how we use it. Visitors and users of the Site are referred to as "user," "you," and "your." The Company processes personal data as a "Controller" under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Accessing the Site constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy. This policy is reviewed annually.

3. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING DATA

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Data obtained in connection with our SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. This information is used solely to provide the service and to contact you as requested.
4. MARKETING AND ADVERTISING

By using www.suzifreeman.com ("Site"), all visitors ("you," "your") agree to these Terms of Service. "We," "us," and "our" refer to SpecSeven, LLC ("Company"). Continued use of this Site confirms your acceptance. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
2. SITE USE
You must be 18 or older, or have written parental consent, to use the Site. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Use of the Site for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. Users under 18 may use the Site or participate in services only with written consent from a parent or guardian.
3. PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY
By purchasing through the Site, you agree to these terms. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products, coaching services, or course purchases.

Under no circumstances shall SpecSeven, LLC be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
6. THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES
We may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Use those links at your own risk.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpecSeven, LLC from any claims, liabilities, or costs resulting from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
8. RELEASE OF CLAIMS
You release the Company from any claims related to interruptions, errors, or outcomes resulting from use of our Site or services.
9. ONLINE COMMERCE
All purchases are processed through third-party vendors. We are not responsible for payment processing issues, merchant policies, or losses related to transactions.
10. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE; MEDIATION
These Terms are governed by Arizona law. All disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, within 90 days of initial filing. Arbitration decisions are binding.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
12. ASSIGNMENT
These Terms are not transferable by you. They are binding upon your successors and ours.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WAIVER; HEADINGS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. No waiver is valid unless in writing. Headings are for reference only.
SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
14. AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES
By providing your mobile number to SpecSeven, LLC, you agree that we may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing, but not limited to, important information, program updates, deals, and specials related to our coaching services, digital courses, and app.
The following terms apply to your participation in our text messaging program:

You will receive up to 4 messages per month.

You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to [assigned number]. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

Message and data rates may apply.

United States participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.

By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause or advance notice.
15. NO MOBILE INFORMATION SHARING
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
16. TEXT MESSAGE CHARGES
SpecSeven, LLC will never charge you for the text messages you receive. However, depending on your phone plan, you may see charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
