Cancellation Policy

🔒 Program Policy: No Refunds + Confidentiality Agreement By joining this Weekly Group Mental Performance Program, you agree to the following: No-Refunds. Due to the nature of this small-group coaching program and limited enrollment, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Confidentiality is mandatory. What is shared in this group, during Zoom calls, in the Telegram channel, or in private messages stays in the group. You may not record, screenshot, or share anything from group calls or the Telegram channel. You may not disclose other athletes' identities or discuss anything they share without explicit permission. Violating these terms will result in immediate removal from the program with no refund, and you may be permanently barred from working with Coach Suzi in the future. This is a space built on trust, respect, and integrity. Let’s keep it that way.
