With over 8 years of experience in the mental performance field, I work exclusively with kickers, punters, and long snappers, helping them build confidence, consistency, and elite execution under pressure.

My background includes certifications in Mental Performance Coaching, Neuroscience, and master-level Neuro-Linguistic Programming. More importantly, I bring a coach’s mindset and a parent’s heart to everything I do as a mom of five, including two sons who played football and twin daughters currently in sports, flag football being one of them.
