We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6 - 8 pm
Group Coaching - community for moms of teens 11-19.
Here, you will have the unique opportunity to meet and bond with women navigating the same path—some a few steps ahead, offering guidance and insights from their experiences, and others a few steps behind, eager to learn from the wisdom you've gained, and trust me we all have the knowledge to share; even though sometimes it does not feel like it.

TOPIC: How to Keep Your Cool While Parenting Teens
BOOK: Keep Your Cool While Parenting Teens" by David Skiddy serves as a practical guide for parents striving to maintain calm and effective communication with their teenage children. Recognizing the volatility of the teenage years, Skiddy offers strategies for navigating conflicts, understanding teenage behavior, and fostering a positive home environment. The book emphasizes the importance of patience, empathy, and understanding in the parent-child relationship. Through real-life examples and actionable advice, it equips parents with the tools to avoid common pitfalls and build strong, respectful relationships with their teens, ultimately guiding them toward becoming responsible and emotionally mature adults.
Suzi's Opinion: This is one of my favorite books, it is small and an easy read with larger print. You can get it on Amazon and Audible.
